Hotel Reservations:

Meet will take place at the Westin Hotel Lombard Yorktown Center.  Reservations can be made over the phone by calling (630) 719-8000 and mention APF Raw Nationals.  The Westin is located at 70 Yorktown Shopping Center  Lombard, IL 60148.  There over 20 restaurants within walking distance, it is on the same property as the Yorktown Mall with over 100 stores, and next door to an AMC Movie Theatre.  Online reservations can be made by clicking here.

NOTE–If you reserve your room through the APF Raw Nationals block, you will recieve a FREE meet t-shirt.  Make sure to mark t-shirt size your along with your reservation number when you submit your entry information (you will receive that form after submitting online payment).  You will not need to select the payment option “+ T-shirt.”  Just select the Entry or Entry + Crossover and include your t-shirt size in the online entry form.

***SPECIAL OFFER*** If you reserve your room before February 1st, email Eric Stone and he will give you promo code for $20 off your entry fee.  But you must reserve through the room block, and will need to pay online for the meet before 2/1/16.

Instructions for Online Registration:

• Go to the link below, and click “SIGN UP” below the APF Raw Nationals description.
• If you have not used our system before, you will need to create an account.
  • MAKE SURE to check to “Join our mailing list” when you create your account as otherwise you will not receive the confirmation email described below (Don’t worry, we will not send you lots of spam emails–you can opt out of our Constant Contact list later if you choose).
• After creating an account select the total that reflects which division(s) you will want to enter:

  • Online Payment Link

• After submitting payment, you should receive an email confirmation–that email will include a link to submit additional registration information.
• If you do not recieve that email, first try checking your junk mail–if you still do not receive it, email Eric Stone and he can resend the link.
